Packing
and Sending Your Return If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order
number or the e-mail address and name of the person who placed the
order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of
paper, and send the package to the following address: hitch-racks.com

Returns
Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may
return any of the following items for a full refund (We'll even refund
the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error):
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received
and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same
form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business
days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund
shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Simply indicate the reason for your return, include
the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Clearly
mark on the outside of your package the RGA number that was issued by our
customer service department. For your protection, we recommend that you
use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
